TeethXpress?

Why Choose TeethXpress?

● TeethXpress will look like your real teeth.

● Your smile will be transformed, usually on the same day as when the implants are placed.

● Increased confidence in your teeth, they are fixed in place and do not have to be removed.

● A sophisticated alternative to dentures.

● Functionality - eat more of the foods you want to.

Does it hurt?

For most patients there will be swelling and bruising, and minor discomfort controlled by painkillers.

Can I eat after surgery?

You may eat soft foods only, for a period of approximately 6 weeks.

I’m a smoker, can I have this procedure?

Yes, but under strict conditions. You will need to stop smoking altogether for at least 4 weeks. There is an increased risk of failure.

I’m a diabetic, can I have these procedures?

Again, like smokers, there are strict conditions to be followed before you can contemplate this procedure.

How long does the process take?

An average TeethXpress procedure, from start to finish, takes about 10-12 appointments, over a period of 6 months.

I’ve heard of All on 4s, is this the same?

Yes, TeethXpress is the registered trademark for BioHorizons Implants; whereas All on 4 is the trademark for NobelBiocare Implants, we can provide All on 4 treatment if requested, but an additional cost of $500 per implant.

How much does it cost?

$26,000 for a single jaw (upper or lower) and $52,000 for both jaws.

How is it done?

A thorough assessment of your current dental condition is carried out, including a complete medical history - it is surgery after all!

If you are a good candidate for this procedure, we will start with making you a full upper denture.

Surgery will include the removal of any remaining teeth, and the fitting of 4 or more implants; the denture is then locked onto these implants ON THE DAY.

Many patients will leave our practice with new teeth that do not need to be removed.

Retained Dentures

What Are Retained Dentures?

Retained dentures, also known as implant-retained dentures, are a revolutionary solution for those seeking a secure, comfortable, and natural-feeling alternative to traditional dentures.

Unlike conventional dentures, which rest on the gums, retained dentures are anchored to dental implants embedded in your jawbone. Like conventional dentures, they can be removed to be cleaned.

Why Choose Retained Dentures?

● Enhanced Stability and Comfort.

● Natural Appearance

● Improved Oral Health

● Easier Maintenance

● Increased Confidence

Who Can Benefit?

Retained dentures are ideal for individuals with missing teeth who are looking for a more reliable solution than traditional dentures.

How much does it cost?

For the lower jaw, a retained denture would cost $6000 (if you have a denture that we can easily modify), and $10,000 for implants attached to a completely new denture.

For the upper jaw, 4 implants are required; and can cost $15,000 - $18,000 depending on the type of denture (plastic, hybrid or metal framed).
